Hays County Office of Emergency Management coordinates the Standard Response Protocol (SRP) and Standard Reunification Method (SRM) for the county. We routinely train alongside local first responders, school district personnel and other emergency management coordinators. Our training methods and protocols are from the I Love U Guys Foundation, a nonprofit that develops programs for crisis response and post-crisis reunification. These program are used in more than 30,000 schools, districts, departments, agencies, organizations and communities around the world.
