New Registration & Appt System

Updated: Apr 1, 2021

Hays County has implemented a new registration and appointment system for the vaccines. Registration is now located under the Public Health tab, titled vaccine registration. Once registered, we will be able to send you an invitation with a code to choose an appointment date and time when it is your turn.

Be sure to create a members profile on Haysinformed.com to easily view, edit, or cancel your registrations and booked appointments!

App does not work for my phone. Downloaded and attempted to sign up. It froze on the loading screen. I gave it ten minutes.

Same question as everyone else. Got an email to make an appointment for first dose. It asked to download this app and I did but there is no option in here to complete the appointment booking. Any idea what we need to do after installing and signing up in the app??

How do we join the waitlist? Desktop browser says to download this app to join but there isn’t an option available. Would like to join the waitlist for tomorrow morning

I received an email to register for my first dose of the vaccine, are we supposed to register ourselves for the second dose as well at this time? The dates appear on the calendar to request already, or will we have the second dose setup once we receive the first?

Been trying to volunteer in travis county to no avail. Im a registered nurse and have signed up in Hays county too. Anybody know how to get to help? With all the cries for help it's getting funny that we can't help easier.

Www.haysinformed.com/vaccinevolunteers has our information. We have a limited amount of clinics, but there may still be spots in the Wimberley clinic for tomorrow.
